Board replacement
Damaged or missing boards are replaced with matching timber, cut and fitted to blend in once the floor is sanded.
Lifting and re-laying
Sometimes boards have to come up – for plumbing, wiring or to fix joists. They are lifted carefully, then re-laid and secured before sanding, as in our Putney project.
Squeaks and movement
Loose boards are re-fixed securely so they stop moving and squeaking.
